I would highly recommend Ebony Barber, no matter what you goal is, I have never meet someone so professional and dedicated to her clients. She gets very excited to see changes in her clients and that's what makes her so passionate about her business, helping people change there life for the better!!!! Before seeing Ebs I would spend 1.5hrs every time I went to the gym doing cardio and then after that do my weight session. Seeing Ebs she put me on a food plan and done some training sessions with me to show me to do it the right way. Ebs said I would not have to do cardio so I stopped cardio, stuck to the food plan and was losing 1kg per week!!!!!!!!. Hard to even begin to put emotions into words. I owe a massive thanks to Ebony for her continues support being above and beyond as my coach. I did my first bikini comp in June 2021. I could not have stepped on the stage without her endless positivity to achieve my goals in the short period of time with all existing health issues . It was also the best 20 weeks I have had, I loved the training, the discipline, the challenge and the changes it really is incredible what our body's can do when you focus, have that end goal in sight and get the right support. Doing so many different diets and meal plans for many years through several dietitians and nutritionists, never found someone that knowledgeable in training and nutrition . Ebony is super dedicated, motivative, has the best energy and made me feel stronger everyday to carry out my goals and to make positive changes for my life.

My gym put me on to Ebony Barber and I'm so glad they did. We zoomed (Covid lockdown) and talked about my goals and current fitness plan and diet. Within 3 days she sent me a new training plan and nutritional plan/macros an diet. i was 99.5 kgs when we first started training together 2 months later I was 90.5kgs. Her knowledge an passion as a coach is 2nd to none. The PT sessions were hard, the eating plan and training schedule was easy to follow but the best part was she txt me every week to see my results for the week and asked how i was doing. She held me accountable but was super supportive at the same time. An amazing coach an mentor not a typical pt. 10 stars out of 5.

Ebony is a wonderful personal trainer, her knowledge of how you can reach your fitness/health goals is exceptional along with her personalized meal plans. Training with her, I have never felt so good, healthy and fit. She helped me go beyond what i thought was my limits, I felt so empowered and encouraged to push these limits and see what my body was capable of. I highly recommend having her as your coach, you will not regret it!
