HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

We have a strict no judgment policy. We listen to your goals & workout a plan depending on your budget, lifestyle & give you an honest yet loving opinion if your goals are realistic & if we are the right fit for you. If we are not, we will gladly point you in the right direction as to where you need to go. You are not just another "number" as a client. We take integrity with everyone who joins us & make sure we hear your needs as best as possible & honour what you want to do. 

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

We give nutritional advice & help for everyone who joins us & you get access to our Free Facebook Group which has helpful tips, workouts & recipes to help nourish your body & keep you in your best health. For nutrition coaching, this starts from $30 per week. 

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I recommend a couple of resistance bands to start off with. One Booty band which you can purchase in our online shop & One with handles where you can do a lot with in the way of full body workouts. However you can also get a great workout by using your own body! Once you get the hang on working out. Add dumbbells or barbells to increase the intensity.
